Best Mexican Food in Parkrose, Portland

If you want authentic Mexican food, stop looking and just come here. The tacos are incredible—the meat is perfectly seasoned (the Al Pastor is a must-try). Prices are very reasonable and they just painted the whole place. The inside looks awesome.

My wife and I, stopped in this little place on our way in from Texas. We had the Al pastor tacos. They were some of the best Al pastor tacos we have had. The pastor was cooked authentic outside and to perfection. The staff were great. Friendly and tentative customer service from the moment we walked up.

The staff Juan and Rosa were great. Guacamole fresh to order. I had the enchilada platter which was amazing. Their rice is perfect and the beans are creamy. The guacamole is made by the order. Everything is fresh, the quality of food is high and the kitchen is clean (everything is in full view). It gets a Big Mark Gold star.

I've been reluctant to try any mexican food up here since moving from Texas. But thank GOODNESS we stopped by. It's a small, but quaint & cozy, hole in the wall taqueria with pastor & carnitas so delicious, you'll hear canción ranchera. Even the salsa was off the chain! Prices are perfect, service was so fast & friendly, & you know I always love that small-business taqueria vibe. Wash it down with a cold Jarritos, & you'll forget you're in the PNW. Chicken mole with homemade sauce was making me moan it's so good. Last visit I had enchilada and it was so good, also homemade sauce.
